Guarantee/Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased they may be returned within 7 days of receipt providing they are unused and in original packaging.All items must have all original tags and labels still attached where applicable and be in a resalable condition. To return an item, please use the following instructions.

PLEASE DO NOT POST ITEMS TO THIS ADDRESS.  IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) BY POST, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING BY POST.

Other times may be possible by prior arrangement

Please bring your original receipt/invoice with your item(s) for an exchange or refund.  If an exchange is required, we would advise contacting us before making a special journey to ensure the alternative item is in stock.  Postal charges will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or the incorrect items have been despatched.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) BY POST

All packages must be returned pre-paid and with a correctly completed returns form. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A RETURNS FORM AND USE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ITEM.   Postal charges will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or the incorrect items have been despatched.

If the goods have been ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size etc then please return goods for exchange or refund (Postal charges will not be refunded and additional charges may be made to supply a replacement item.)

If goods are found to be faulty or incorrect items have been delivered you may also return for exchange or refund.  Postage costs will also be refunded once the items have been checked.

 Please return the original receipt and completed returns form with the goods. An exchange or refund will be actioned within 14 days once the goods have been checked.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
